Sometimes we need the support of others to stay on track with our writing goals. Each Meditate & Write session begins with a brief guided meditation followed by a check-in (what will you be working on?). Then, we’ll write in solidarity and debrief before signing off. This is a new offering for Rewilding Through Writing students and mentees who want to commit to their practice.

The 3 month commitment begins Thursday, April 25th


Bi-weekly on Thursday afternoons:
Thursday 2-4pm
Camera on for the meditation, then cameras on or off afterward.
We’ll check in again at the end. 


Weekly on Tuesday/Thursday mornings:
Tuesday Mornings from 8am-9:30am EST
Thursday mornings from 8am-9:30am EST
Camera on for the meditation, then cameras on or off afterward. For the early morning gatherings we’ll type our projects in the chat and check in again at the end.
